This is one of the worst chick-fil-a ever. Every time I have come there is only person taking the orders. The other people are huddled under the pavilion playing. They run your order to at least 4 cars before they bring it to you. The lines are extremely long wait. Never thought I would be complaining about what I used to consider one of the best, efficient and friendly fast food chains. I don’t think I’ve been to one this bad ever.

Absolutely love this location for quick drive through service. Food is always freshly made and hot! It’s as if they custom make each order. The mobile lane is fast and perfect for when I am in a rush. Chick-fil-A members are kind and friendly in the drive. Thankful we have another awesome Chick-fil-A location in Vero.

This was my second time , visiting this location, using my mobile app. Unaware of the QR scan method, I notified a team member to check me in and was told I would have to get out the line and go back around to rescan the QR code. I just canceled my order and left. This is the second time I've had an issue with this chick fil a , the first time was a group lunch order that was placed for my office well in advance and once arriving for pickup, we were told we still had to wait because they didn't start preparing food until you arrive and then they forgot the dessert tray on top of that. Customer service and very much lacking at this location, so I won't patronize this location anymore.

We were walking our dog and decided to stop for a frosted lemonade. The Chick-Fil-A on US-1 in Vero Beach does not have Dine in, just a drive-through window and a pick-up window for on-line orders. We walked through the drive through, as we have done at many other fast food restaurants on our walks. We were refused service as we were not in a car. We spoke to Zack D. the manager, and he told us it was not law, but their policy. He told us to use our phone app. However, we did not have our phones on us. I guess it matters if they hand the food through a car window or to you in person. I wonder if they would serve somebody on a motorcycle... We will never visit this, or any other Chick-Fil-A.

Take out | Dinner | $10–20
Went through the drive through last night around 8 pm with order for family of four. Was asked to move ahead for a few minutes out of traffic so they could complete the order. The young girl gave us the food after a few minutes and we left. Halfway home we realized they had forgotten a salad and Mac and cheese so we went back through the drive through and told them of their mistake. Waited again in the same lane for a few minutes and another young man brought us the forgotten items. No one apologized, no one went out of their way to make us feel better. The whole ordeal was 30-45 minutes and we went home with cold fries and sandwiches. Really disappointing especially for chick fil a. Will not be going back because their customer service is nonexistent and they got a bunch of children playing games in the drive through not paying attention. Almost 60$ for that lesson learned. Worst Chick-fil-A by far! absolutely no service! employees just hanging out in groups chatting Instead of taking order… Order was completely wrong.. and when the food was finally ready, the girl was so rude and shoved the bag in my window! definitely not “Chick-fil-A “ worthy! will not be returning!

Normally have nothing but good things to say about chick-fil-a however I had the worst experience at my first time visiting this location. Not only were they so quick to rush you out the line that they can’t even check the bags or remember the order I was missing 2 items I paid for and my drinks I order. The workers were also rude will never be back to this location. Chick-fill should do better than this

this chick fil a is beyond low quality. the workers aren't super friendly, the line took 5ever, the water tasted awful & the lemonade was surprisingly disgusting very bitter and gross. the fries were soggy and the chicken dry. go to the other cfa in town this one's not worth it
