Back in May of this year, my daughter found a car on TrueCar for $2.5k under the asking price and went to A&G to see if they would approve her for financing with her disability income. They did, but when it came time to look at the car, the salesman did not pull the car out of the very tight parking space or offer a test drive (she didn’t get to look at it, essentially). She was told the car had no issues or defects and decided to purchase the vehicle. I took a look at the car about a week after she purchased it; since she had been complaining about several issues such as it being sold to her without any gas in it, the interior molding coming loose, had water in the windshield wiper fluid reservoir, several electrical system malfunctions, and I noticed that it has pretty significant hail damage on the roof of the car as well as the trunk. I would share photos but due to the color of the vehicle, it’s not very noticeable unless you look closely, but would certainly be noticeable to a car salesman or anyone performing an inspection. This dealership intentionally sold my disabled daughter a damaged vehicle and went so far as to note in the sales documents that the car is entirely free of any defects or damaged/missing parts. Unfortunately, the 2 day return period had passed and my daughter is now stuck with this car that is not worth the price she paid for it and having to purchase accessories that normally come with a newly purchased vehicle such as tire valve stem caps, a spare tire kit, tires (as the ones it was sold with are so crappy that the sidewalls are wearing through due to the summer heat). I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from A & G as they seem to have plenty of ideas on how to rip people off, based off of the other detailed reviews on Google.

Loved my expirence buying a car here. We had a lot of hold ups purchasing a new car after my other was totaled and they really took care of us. Not to mention its a steal of a ride for way less than others offered.

If I could give this place less stars I would, avoid this place like the plague. Sold me a lemon car, car broke down in 2 days, when I returned the car they refused to return my down payment, then called the police and told them that I was “dangerous” because I’m black even though I never posed a threat and then subsequently attacked me. Now I have to go through an entire legal process to sue for the assault and for them stealing my money. Learn from my mistakes.

Bought a nice 2012 Ram truck from these guys. Val and his crew were quite happy to let me and my wife take a test drive alone, no pressure from a pushy salesman breathing down your kneck! They gave me a fair trade-in price for my vehicle without haggling over the odd dollar.
I had to buy a couple of key fobs for the truck and get them programmed - Ebay for the key fobs and ACE Hardware programmed them -cost me $80, also didn’t have the drivers handbook... I got one free online...
overall I got a nice truck and have added chrome sidesteps and a bed cover - I’m happy with my truck and would recommend these guys...

My husband purchased my 2010 Lexus RX350 and I am so happy with my car. George was an amazing salesman and was very informative.
He did not pressure us at all unlike other dealership. The transaction closed smoothly and I received my plate and registration with enough time before my drive our permit will expire. Great team they have for a small dealership. It felt like family. I love my car and will be keeping it for years. But I will come back if we need to buy again.

I bought a car in September of 2022 and already Ive gotten stranded multiple times from overheating or a dying battery. I had to replace the battery, spark plugs, coils, multiple issues with the coolant, front tires suspension, and now my car is not starting. When I brought up the issues I was having with the owner a couple months ago he told me it was under warrenty and when I called them they told me they wouldnt replace anything because they were "wearable repairs" and when I told the owner that he never responded to me. And now Im probably like $2,000 down the drain from all the repairs I've had to do on the car and its still not done. When I bought the car there wasn't even good oil or coolant in it. On top of that they told me I could refinance the car after 6 months and when I tried that every single loaner told me I'm upside down on the car since Im paying so much more than its worth.
