Patient care is the last priority for Dr. Feanny's office.

Upon entering the office, I was informed that the Doctor is on vacation, and that I would be seen by a Nurse Practitioner (NP). The NP was not knowledgeable on orthopedic care, which is where my concerns were primarily focused. When I complained about knee pain, she advised me to run on grass. How this resembles even a thread of medical competence is lost on me.

I was ushered out of the office after a 10-minute consultation which provided no proper medical guidance.

To add insult to injury there was a certificate of the Hippocratic Oath on the way out by an exit. I can assuredly say that this is nothing but an ornament at this office.

I would definitely not recommend this Doctor office. For one most of the time they don't answer the phone. Secondly it's like pulling teeth getting referrals in time. My mother in the pass has to move her appt with her specialist and we all know that a wait to get an appt. Their excuse for issues are that they are understaffed, like it's our fault. So, this makes it okay for not good patient care. My mother is having issue with her hemoglobin. She was in the hospital for it being seriously low that they had to give her 3 blood transfusions. She just got out and went to the office as soon as she got out for blood work to see where she was at with her level. Her level drop very quickly within 7 days which she ended up on the hospital. We went on May 6 2024 for her bloodwork. They were going to do her hemoglobin, but also decided to add'l bloodwork. Well, they didn't send in the for the hemoglobin!!!! I contacted them and an Yvonne or Yvette called and said that they will come to the home and take the test, This was Friday, then late in the afternoon they called and said they would not come since she has an appointment on Monday. So, this means we have to wait another 3 to 4 days to see where hemoglobin levels when she has a history of her hemoglobin declining to serious low level within 7 days. Which means were will be waiting probably at least 10 days or more.

Dr Feanny and his medical staff are amazing. The providers have enough experience to make you feel comfortable. I have been a patient there for almost 8 years and have never felt like I had to go somewhere else. I have had several PCPs but of all he is the best! Thank you Dr Feanny and his staff for making my health a priority!

I have been going to this office for over 10 years. Nan is my go to! She always helps me when I have a problem. She’s wise and has a wealth of experience. Most importantly, she treats me like a friend, not just a name on a chart. You also can’t ask for a better or friendlier staff! They are all excellent. I haven’t had many dealings with Dr. Feanny, but the few that I’ve had we’re great. He is a kind man and always smiling. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This office is a hidden gem. Period.

I've been a patient of Dr. Feanny since late 2005. A very special and caring staff that has a very special place in my heart. Dr. Feanny along with Nanette, Dr. Feanny's PA, on a Wednesday, March 23rd 2016 did save my life. My appendix was on the verge of rupturing when they both wheeled me in a wheel chair pass two parking lots and a street to the hospital across the street from the practice. I will be forever grateful and i will always highly recommend Dr. Feanny, Nannette and all the staff. Thank-You.

Once you leave the office that’s it!!! Don’t expect your prescription to be sent to the pharmacy, referral or follow up call about labs. You call until you’re blue in the face and all you get is the run around from one to the next until they transfer you to VM. I’ve been waiting on my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy for almost 1 week now and just kept getting the run around.

Dr Feanny is a very good Doctor but he needs to get a whole new set of office staff. Until then, I need a referral for a GP.

This office denies your direct family medical service. I am a patient at Dr. Feannys office along with three other family members who are also patients. I called yesterday and spoke to a member of their staff who said my wife would be able to be seen as a new patient and told her to come by at 11am. Upon my wife's arrival today she was told by a staff member named Lola that she could not be seen because their office is "going under remodeling" until November, although the office was still open and only had 2 other patients in the waiting room.

It is obvious to me that this office does not care about your family as they would not see my wife even after being told the day before that it would be no problem. I do not recommend this office as a friendly family practice for your loved ones.
