Hola, realmente yo tengo una duda, este lugar enseña inglés a personas que solo sabemos español? Me encantaría saber sobre ello y el plan de estudios, estoy un poco confundido y nececito ayuda con respecto a la información

The school took my tuition but failed to issue my I-20. To all students, always make sure that your I-20 is issued on time. This is the second time I’ve encountered this issue here. Based on my experience, I want to give everyone a warning: I was preparing to go abroad, and they asked me to buy my plane ticket first. After I bought it, they failed to issue my I-20. At first, they even lied to me, saying they could provide it (which is extremely serious). Later, they forced me to transfer schools. I didn’t voluntarily request a tuition refund—they forced me to do so and even charged me a processing fee for the refund.

When I paid my tuition, why didn’t they inform me of the timing issues with the language program? Since they were aware of the time constraints, they shouldn’t have charged me any tuition. I strongly advise anyone applying for admission or transferring to this school to first evaluate their own study timeline and compare other options. Don’t get deceived.
I am currently in contact with the relevant government authorities about this matter.

When I first came to Los Angeles as an international student I had a plan to attend some filmmaking school right away but in some reasons I couldn’t attend it and had to find another school very fast until next term in my school would started. One of my friends has recommended me this language school so I came here to see my options. I met AJ who very professionally explained me whole process and smoothly transferred me to that school. Very soon I have received my updated I-20. All further communication and studying by itself was great. The teachers are very good and professional but especially I liked William and Michalle. So I improved my English as well.
In the office AJ and Jazmin always tried to help me and AJ gave me very good consultation as a student advisor. In the end of my classes I have received my certificate of achievement

This was my first experience as a student in the US and I loved it. Jack, William, Sean and Vanessa Sinco were such fantastic teachers. I will never forget how William used to teach us with different resources and Jack was one of the best teachers I have ever had. I love the way Poly has to let the students get in touch if they have a question or concern (virtual office). AJ is a lovely person and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Minha experiencia com a escola foi excelente! Eu enviei um email pedindo informações e recebi um email resposta segundos depois. A atendente Abigail foi muito atenciosa e respondeu a todos os meus questionamentos pelo email. Depois me convidou para uma sala virtual e me ajudou a submeter o formulário de inscrição e explicou tudo sobre o curso. Também me passou o email corporativo dela e o número do celular. No outro dia a atendente Jennifer, que fala português, entrou em contato comigo por mensagem no celular e depois me ligou e eu pude fazer os questionamentos referentes ao curso na minha língua materna. Eu realmente estou satisfeita com o atendimento que tive.

JESSA and ABIGAIL are so sweet!!
The teachers are very attentive !!! I still have difficulty speaking and understanding, they are more careful and attentive to me. Teacher ANNA and GILLA from level 3 are sweethearts.
If you are looking for a school it would be! Poly I recommend.
